This striking contemporary villa in Almeria is to be built in the residential area of Cala Panizo, facing the sea. This exclusive cove enjoys magnificent views of the sea and the mountains.
The design of this villa with a constructed area of 309 m2, is filled with elegance and expressive geometry. This work by the architect Rafael Alonso Conchillo, especially designed for this plot, shows simple and rigorous lines, functionality, spatiality and a clear tendency to get down to the essentials.
Cala Panizo is a cove located between Villaricos and San Juan de los Terreros and is a villas-only area. The place promises privacy, exclusivity and tranquility.
The villa consists of two main volumes joined by a hallway. The main volume contains a large living area, open plan kitchen and master suite framed by glass, which creates a great transparency effect and unites the house with the beauty of the nature that surrounds it.
The project incorporates a 150 cm elevation of the plot so that the house becomes a “belvedere” with spectacular views of the sea and the natural landscape where it is immersed, while maintaining its privacy.
Both the living areas, the master bedroom and its bathroom have floor to ceiling sliding windows. The master bedroom is separated from the hallway by a natural stone wall that leads to the point where the villa risks losing intimacy with respect to the neighbouring houses: the second volume of the house.
This second volume forms a perfect square with natural stone facades. This volume houses two bedrooms each with private bathroom and dressing room. Each room is accessed from the hallway of the house and has a glass door that opens to the gardens and terraces. The rooms have transom windows that seem to carefully lift the ceiling.
The gardens are designed and positioned in such a way as to ensure privacy inside and outside the villa. The exteriors of this villa consist of about 120 square meters of covered terraces, a 78 square meter winter terrace and an infinity pool of 73 square meters. The kitchen is designed to be used both from the inside and outside of the house.
Next to the kitchen, a staircase leads to a semi basement. Here there is a pantry, a wine cellar and a laundry room with space for the heating installations.
A unique villa to enjoy outdoor living all year round, whether with windows open or closed. This villa is sold off plan, to give you the opportunity to match this villa design to your own lifestyle.
