The Country House
This country house of 461 sq.m has two floors and two intermediary floors. There are balconies and terraces around the house, as well as a rooftop terrace. There is a large heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi a few steps down from the house.
You approach the property from a private driveway that runs along the olive grove to the parking area and double garage. From here you can already take in the stunning views of the mountains and the sea.
At the entrance of this stately home, you pass a fishpond under the porch before reaching the double, solid wooden doors. They bring you into the entrance hall from where glass doors open into the vast and bright living area. The first part of the living space has a double height ceiling with gallery on the first floor. This living area has high ceilings and large french doors all around that frame the amazing views. There is an ample dining area, large lounge with feature fireplace and an office. All french windows open onto the terrace that runs along two sides of the living room and kitchen. At about 50m from the house is a comfortable pool area, protected from the wind. It consists of a 15 x 3,50m pool, perfect to swim laps. The pool is heated and covered. The cover can be removed in summer. Behind the pool is a large jacuzzi in a glass enclosure. The lovely old white town of Mojacar is a five minute drive. Here you find the weekly market, bars, restaurants, primary school and the municipal pool. The beaches of Mojacar are 10 minutes away. In Mojacar Playa you will find all amenities. There is a large variety of traditional Spanish and international restaurants, cafes and bistrots. There are banks, private and public doctor’s practices, dental clinics and a high school.
The town of Turre is seven minutes by car. Here is also a weekly market, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and schools. The traditional fishing village of Garrucha is 12 minutes away.
