The Villa

The property has mains electricity In the house, stables and in all other annexes. In the house, there is a gas cooker and oven. The gas is provided via gas bottles, stored outside the house.

The Location


Access to the property is from a quiet public road onto an asphalted driveway.  The property is just a few minutes´ drive from the center of the picturesque village of Taberno where you will find all of your local daily amenities, including a weekly market, bars, restaurant, school and the municipal outdoor pool. Taberno is a beautiful municipality with an extraordinary rolling hilly  landscape that consists mainly of almond groves. The majority of properties in this area are country houses. This property is privately set, yet has a neighbor on the opposite side of the road, so it is not too isolated.

The town of Huercal Overa is approximately 20 minutes away. Here you have all major services, large supermarkets, high school and the hospital that serves the entire east coast area of almeria. The town of Albox, is also a 20 minute drive.  The beaches of San Juan de los Terreros & Aguilas are reachable within 40 minutes, as are the beaches of Vera and Mojácar. Larger shopping malls are in the nearby city of Lorca, about 35 minutes from the property. 

The closest airport is Almeria about one hour away, while the airport of Murcia (130 km) is at one and a half hour and Alicante airport (200 km) is a two hours’ drive away.
