The Country House
This large villa is surrounded by 13.200 sq.m of private land, has a total surface area of 408 sq.m, over three floors.
The stairs at the entrance of the property lead to a 60 sq.m. marble covered terrace on the first floor that overlooks the pool area. From the terrace you walk into a living room, with a large sitting room and marble fireplace and the staircase that leads to the second floor and to the ground floor. Behind the living room is a corridor that leads to the kitchen with breakfast area and storeroom, as well as to two guest toilets. The kitchen has a backdoor that leads to the olive grove in front of the kitchen.
