The Villa

This exquisite contemporary villa in Valle del Este was built in 2020. It was designed by the owner, a fashion photographer, and a talented, local architect. The amount of detail in the design, finishes and the subtle LED lighting is breathtaking. The perimeter wall has accurately implanted, angled openings that announce an exceptional property.  You enter the property via an automatic entry gate with separate door.

A footpath leads to the security front door to the entrance hall with staircase to the first floor. 

In front is a decorative glass entrance to the living area with black metal joinery. The open plan living area has striking floor to ceiling sliding doors with anthracite grey aluminum framing. There is a delicious bespoke kitchen with island and sunny dining area. Slightly separated from the kitchen and dining area is a cosy snug room with contrasting black wall. Everything is stylishly furnished and decorated with splashes of bright colours that contrast the predominantly white walls, ceilings and light grey ceramic floor tiles. The flooring of the interiors continue onto the terraces that blends the living area with the beautiful outdoor terraces. 

Just behind the kitchen is a pantry with fitted cupboards, next to the pantry is a door to the carport and a laundry area that connects to the distribution hall. In the hall is a guest rest room. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom with shower and large windows to the terrace with wonderful views. 

The large, elegant master bedroom is the final room on the ground floor. It includes a stylish bathroom with shower and bath. Large doors connect to the terrace and the pool. All with spectacular panoramic views of the golf course. 

On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom. This room has access to the roof terrace, from where you can take in 360º views over the golf course and sea-views.  All bedrooms are decorated in fresh, clean designs. The bathrooms in this home are also extremely attractive, designed with the highest quality ceramic tiles and modern bathroom furniture.

If needed, there is a possibility to extend the living area with a home cinema and bodega or with two more guest rooms under the pool terrace, in front of the golf course. 

Exteriors 

Ample South facing terrace in front of the ground floor bedrooms and lounge. There are sea-views and marvellous views on the golf course.
