The access to the beach and sea, is just 100m from the front door of Casa Chico. At 200m, you have one of the best restaurants of the area in the Maraú Beach Club .
The property is walled and that gives the villa its privacy. This was the reason why the villa was rented for the summer to the then acting Spanish prime minister.
At the main entrance of the house is an arched porch that runs around the living and dining room. You enter the house through a small hall in front of the living room with side access to the garage. The villa was built in 1991 and obviously needs some updating and TLC but is otherwise in good condition. There is the legal possibility to enlarge the villa by adding an extra floor.
