Renovation plan and budget included in the sale

The Land
The once exceptionally landscaped garden of the house was partially destroyed by the legendary Mojacar fire in July of 2009. Neither the house, nor its annexes were affected.

The removal of this court and the excavation of the land, so it levels with the north façade of the house, are included in the price. This will allow direct access and large French doors in the kitchen area and south facing bedrooms.
