The property consists of a main house of 353m² with a guest apartment of 44m². This is a gorgeous property that needs some renovation.
This house is on the edge of a busy road with excellent motorway links and parking area. There are large wooden that open into a a very generous living room of 70m². This room has a vaulted beamed ceiling, beautiful natural stone floors and large patio doors. These doors frame the beautiful view of the huge terrace with fountain, the gardens, orchards and the surrounding mountains. There is a large wood-burner in the corner and a small bar to entertain friends.

There is an orchard with orange, lemon, peach, cherry, fig, pomegranate and kumquat trees. In addition, an old olive grove where new trees have been planted. This property would be a great and easily accessible B&B. The property is at a busy road. There are various walking routes in the area that will take you to very surprising and diverse landscapes.
Access to the property is from the public road. Sorbas is a large municipality that consists of a large number of hamlets. In the center of Sorbas you will find typical houses that almost hang over the cliffs. Near the center of Sorbas are the caves that attract a large number of visitors every year. In the immediate vicinity of the inn are three small hamlets, with local bars and restaurants such as in Cariatiz, where an art exhibition and an organic products market are also organized every month. There is also a kindergarten and primary school in Cariatiz. There is a bus service to high school a little further.
This inn is 5 minutes from Cariatiz, 10 minutes from Sorbas and its caves, 20 minutes from the stone desert of Tabernas and its surrounding olive groves and 20 minutes from one of the most charming villages in Spain: Lucainena de las Torres. One of the most beautiful villages in Spain is 25 minutes from the house: the white old village of Mojacar on the hill overlooking its 20 km long coastline.
Sorbas has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The average daily temperature in the winter is around 12-16 degrees and in the summer 28-35 degrees.
The nearest airport is Almeria, around 35 minutes away, while Murcia International Airport (160 km) is just over an hour and a half away and Alicante Airport (220 km) is over a two-hour drive away. Malaga airport is two and a half hours away.
