This spacious country house in Vera was built in 2004 on a sloping, 10.000 square meter plot. It is of a singular quality. This Spanish, rustic property was built to a high standard and comprises a comfortable 328 square meter villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one floor and a three bed apartment with bodega on a lower level. Detached from the villa is a 49 sq.m. storage house that matches the design of the villa. The exteriors comprise a south-facing pool with bathroom, a generous dining area under a pergola with brick barbecue, an outdoor bar, lounge terraces and an orchard. The property is located on the country side of Vera, in the ‘Llanos de la Rosa’ area. A few steps bring you onto the large porch in front this classic Spanish country house. This is the main entrance to the villa. You enter a spacious hall that has an office on the right and opens to the living room on your left. The living room has large windows that open to the porch and bespoke cabinets alongside one of the walls. A large arch leads to the dining room that connects with the spacious kitchen. The lay-out of the rooms has a nice natural flow and all are connected to generous terraces.
The spacious kitchen has tiled kitchen areas with fitted doors and drawers. There is a large pantry in the corner of the kitchen and a door that leads to another porche with laundry area. Fromm the kitchen you also have access to the entrance hall, where there is a guest toilet, a door that leads to the staircase to the lower floor and garage and three steps up to the corridor of the sleeping area.
