The covered terrace runs along the entire front facade and can be divided into a lounge area in front of the bedroom and, for example, a dining area in front of the living room.

The plot is completely fenced and has a neighbor on the right and a non-buildable area on the left with the protected remains of what was the loading dock for the mineral train from the surrounding mountains of Bedar at the end of the 19th century.

The garden behind the house has some mature trees and is not landscaped. At the rear of the plot is a detached building that also serves as a storage room.

At 200m from the house is a gas station with a small shop. There is a Lidl 1500m from the house. The fishing port of Garrucha is less than 2 km away. Furthermore, in both Mojacar Playa and Garrucha you will find banks, private and public medical practices, dental practices, primary schools and a secondary school.

Mojacar has beautiful sandy beaches and two 18-hole golf courses. One of the golf courses, Marina Golf, is located 500m from the house. There are plans to build a luxury marina near this golf course.

Mojacar has over 310 days of sunshine a year and has over 20km of beaches consisting of both rocky coves and sandy beaches. Temperatures during the day in winter tend to be around 16-22 degrees and in summer 28-32 degrees.

The closest airport is Almeria about 45 minutes away, while the international airport of Murcia (140 km) is at one and a half hour . The Alicante airport (200 km) is a two hour drive away. The airport of Malaga is three hours away.
