Along the seaside boulevard of Mojacar Playa at 2,5km from the property, there is a huge variety of international and Spanish restaurants, boutiques, bars, cafes, beach bars and ice cream parlours. There are banks, private and public doctor’s practices, dental clinics and a high school.

There are water sports facilities and there are two 18 hole golf courses within a 10 minute drive. The fishing port and marina of Garrucha is at 5 km from the property. 

Mojacar has over 310 days of sunshine a year and has a coastline of over 20km consisting of both natural coves and sandy beaches. The natural park of Cabo de Gata is 20 minutes from Mojacar.
