The Cottage
You reach the cottage via an asphalted lane just outside the village of Mojacar. The property has two gated entrances. One that leads you to the carport in front of the villa and the other one that leads you in the garden behind the house.
The spacious parking area in front of the cottage is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Next to the carport that fits two cars generously, there is the entrance to the guest annex. A few steps up lead to the entrance of the home. Next to the stairs is a cave with wine cellar.
The entrance takes you to the hall that continues into the kitchen and gives access to the living room. The beautifully fitted kitchen oozes light and comes with a sea-view.
An archway opens to the living room with wood burner. The living room has an office corner, and an ample lounge area. The living room continues to a porch surrounded by beautiful gardens. In winter it can be enclosed with the bespoke awnings, In summer it is a lovely covered lounge terrace.
Left of the living room is a corridor with access to two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower, double vanity unit and a toilet.
Both bedrooms have a generous size. One has a private toilet and wash basin. The other bedroom has a lounge area.
Right of the living room is a hall that leads into the main bedroom with fitted wardrobes and private bathroom which has a freestanding bath, a walk in shower and double vanities.
The Guest Annex

The landscaped gardens are truly stunning. They have been expertly divided to create pockets of varying spaces from which to enjoy the sunny weather. In between the flowers. shrubs and trees you will find a covered bar. The barbecue area is next to a large, solid wooden gazebo, perfect for al fresco dining. The swimming pool comes with the optional peaceful sound of a little waterfall, outside shower, toilet and changing room, ample space for the sun loungers and a pergola for shade. Access to the property’s main entrance is from a lane off the road that connects Turre with Mojacar and far enough from the road to be free of traffic sounds.
The lovely old white town of Mojacar is at 1,5 km from the villa. Here you find the weekly market on Wednesdays. Mojacar is a lively village, especially during the summer months and offers good coffeeshops, tapas, bars, restaurants, lovely boutiques, a medical center, pharmacy, a primary school and a large indoor municipal pool.
Along the seaside boulevard of Mojacar Playa at 3,5km from the property, there is a huge variety of international and Spanish restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beach bars. There are banks, private and public doctor’s practices, dental clinics and a high school.
Mojacar has a coastline of over 20km. There are beautiful coves and large sandy beaches. There are two 18 hole golf courses within a 10 minute drive from the property.
The fishing port of Garrucha is at 6 km. Here is a weekly market on Friday that runs through its narrow streets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and schools.
