Each apartment has a design adapted to the curves of the hill on which the houses are built. There are two or three bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, exclusive three bedroom duplex apartments with three bathrooms and spectacular one, two or three bedroom penthouses.

The homes
These luxury apartments have a spacious living room with large sliding doors to a spacious terrace, a furnished and equipped open plan kitchen, at least one en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, security doors, fully installed air conditioning, video intercom, glass terrace railing, fibre optic internet,… The price of the apartments includes a garage space and a storage room.

There are some apartments with partial views and a less favourable orientation, with prices starting from € 146,000 for two-bedroom houses and € 197,000 for three-bedroom houses. These houses have a view of the mountains without or with a partial sea view.

Isea Calma
This exceptional new construction project is located in a particularly beautiful area opposite the Mediterranean Sea and the protected island “Isla del Fraile”. The entire Isea Calma housing project will have a total of 165 homes, with the buildings being integrated into the natural environment. The project is being built on a plot of over 18,000 square meters.

Construction takes place in three phases. The construction of the first phase will start in the second part of 2020 and consists of 75 apartments and penthouses with 2 or 3 bedrooms spread over five buildings with three floors each.

The project developer commissioned this project to the prestigious architectural firm Chamizo Arquitectos from the province of Murcia. Location
This residential project is being built on the coast in Aguilas, within the exclusive urbanization “Isla del Fraile Resort”. More than 600 houses have been built in the Isla del Fraile resort and it has well-functioning basic infrastructure and services.
