The Villa
You enter the villa via a large patio with carport. A spacious entrance hall divides the rooms on the ground floor. There is a second entrance to the house directly from the beach.
The house has a carport on the ground floor with automatic entry gate. There is also a large parking area at 50m from the house.

To enjoy some of the best fresh seafood, you can try out one of the excellent chiringuitos ‘beach restaurants’, or just walk to Garrucha, about 400m away. The marina of Garrucha with its plaza and terraces is 500m away. A large supermarket can be found at that same distance.
This villa is perfect for those who want to be close to all kind of amenities and at just 20 meter from the beach.
There are four golf courses within a quarter of an hour drive from the villa. The region is known for excellent water sports, cycling, mountain biking and hiking.
Las Marinas of Vera Playa is at 500m from the marina of Garrucha and at 1 km from the center of Garrucha and from the fishing port. Mojacar is 6 km away and the village of Vera 7km.
The natural park of Cabo de Gata is a 30 minute drive. The entrance to the motorway is at 7km and connects Vera to the Almeria airport at 45 minutes and the Murcia airport at one and a half hour. Alicante airport is a 2 hour drive. There is an AVE high-speed train railroad under construction and will eventually connect Vera with all major Spanish cities.
